- 2 lb. sirloin
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 3/4 c. sherry
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. Accent
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. each sliced bamboo shoots and mushrooms
- 1 c. sliced scallions
Directions

1Cut meat across grain in paper thin slices.

2Combine soy sauce, broth, sherry, pepper and Accent.

3Heat oil in a deep skillet and brown steak in it.

4Push to one side of pan and pour 1/2 cup of soy mixture over it.

5Add onions, celery, bamboo shoots and mushrooms.

6Saute 3 minutes.

7Pour rest of soy mixture into pan.

8Add the scallions; cook 3 minutes.

9Serve over thin noodles.
