- 1/2 c. beef bouillon
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 lb. spinach
- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 3/4 c. sliced celery
- 3/4 c. sliced onion
- cooked rice
Directions

1Cut steak across grain into diagonal strips about 3-inches long.

2Combine butter and soy sauce.

3Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the meat.

4Add bouillon mixture and push meat to one side.

5Add celery, mushrooms and onion; cook and stir for about 4 minutes.

6Add the spinach and cook about 2 minutes more.

7Serve over rice.
