- 1 lb ground ham
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 lb ground lean pork
- 2 cups soft breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Make the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients.

2Cook just until it gets bubbly, stirring occasionally.

3To make the ham balls, mix all ham ball ingredients together.

4Form into balls the size of a walnut.

5Drop meat balls into sauce and cook slowly for 1 hour.

6These freeze well.
