- 1 c. water
- 3 minced scallions
- 1 large clove garlic, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 large sliced carrot
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- 1/3 lb. green beans or 1 can beans, drained
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a saucepan.

2Bring to a boil, lower to simmer and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add 1/2 pound bean sprouts or 1 can, drained. Serve over rice.
