  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 can green beans
  • 4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Brown hamburger; drain grease.

    Cube potatoes; quarter onions and cabbage.

    Put vegetables on top of burger, then pour mixture of water,

    soy sauce and sugar over top.

    Cover and boil for about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

    Serve over rice.
