- 1 kg mutton chops
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 medium onions, 1/2 cup raw papaya and 8 cloves garlic - ground together
- 2 teaspoons ginger juice
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- oil
- 2 egg whites
- breadcrumbs
Directions

1Wash and flatten chops.

2Mix onion-garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, vinegar, yoghurt, salt and pepper.

3Add chops to the mixture and rub well on both sides.

4Set aside for 3 hours.

5Beat egg whites lightly.

6Drain each chop.

7Dip each piece in the beaten egg white.

8Coat with bread crumbs.

9Heat oil in a shallow pan.

10Fry until golden brown.

11Serve hot.
