  • 1 1/2 c. raspberries
  • 1 1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell, cooled
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand strawberry flavor gelatin
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping, thawed

Directions

    Mix berries in large bowl; pour into pastry shell.

    Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan.

    Gradually stir in water until smooth.

    Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.

    Boil 1 minute.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in gelatin until dissolved.

    Cool to room temperature.

    Pour over berries in pastry shell.
