- chicken breasts
- whole mushrooms (fresh)
- red and yellow peppers
- 1 large sweet onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce*
- 1 c. teriyaki*
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger*
Directions

1Mix all the wet* ingredients with ginger and mix well.

2Cut vegetables and put them all in the marinating dish with the chicken and marinade.

3Place dish in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Mix the marinade every once in a while.

4Place vegetables and sauce in a tin pan or tin foil.

5Place it on the top rack or on the side of grill.

6Grill chicken until done.

7Serve with white or wheat rice.
