  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. light corn syrup or 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. mashed or pureed fresh fruit (peach and strawberry used here)
  • 2 egg whites or 1 whole egg, slightly beaten
