- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 carton large size Cool Whip
- 2 boxes (3 oz. pkg.) lemon/chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 chocolate candy bar
Directions

1Cream together flour and stick of butter.

2Add pecans and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake 20 minutes at 350° (don't brown). Cool.

4Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread on first mixture.

5Mix boxes of pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese.

6Add remaining Cool Whip on top.

7Grate a chocolate candy bar over top, if desired.
