- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. Old Bay
- 6 oz. crabmeat
- 2/3 c. saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 1/4 c. minced red bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix mayonnaise and seasoning in medium bowl.

2Add crabmeat, 1/3 cup cracker crumbs, green onions and bell pepper.

3Mix carefully to avoid breaking up crabmeat.

4Form mixture into four (1/2-inch thick) patties.

5Place remaining 1/3 cup cracker crumbs in shallow bowl.

6Press crab cakes into crumbs, coating completely.

7(Can be prepared 3 hours ahead.

8Cover and refrigerate.)

9Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat.

10Fry cakes until brown.
