White Chocolate "Carrots"

  • 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate
  • few drops orange food coloring
  • 20 fresh strawberries

Directions

    Melt chocolate as directed on package; stir in food coloring.

    Reserve 2 Tbsp.

    chocolate; spoon into small resealable plastic bag.

    Reserve for later use.

    Dip strawberries, 1 at a time, in remaining chocolate, turning to completely coat each berry.

    Gently shake off excess chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.

    Refrigerate 30 min.

    or until chocolate is firm.

    Cut small piece off one bottom corner of plastic bag; use to pipe reserved chocolate onto strawberries to resemble photo.
