Summer Fruit Bowl

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry or orange juice
  • 1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1 c. seedless grapes
  • 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Line 1 1/2-quart bowl with ladyfingers; split sides in. Sprinkle with sherry or orange juice.

    In another large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes and drained pineapple. In separate bowl, combine coconut, sour cream and vanilla.

    Fold into fruit.

    Spoon into ladyfinger-lined bowl.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
