- 2 lb. fruit (such as peaches or nectarines, peeled if desired and sliced)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar (depending on sweetness of fruit)
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger (optional)
Directions

1Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.

2Mix fruit with sugar and juice.

3Spread in pan.

4Put remaining ingredients in a bowl.

5With hands, rub to crumbs.

6Sprinkle evenly on fruit.

7Bake at 375° for 20 or 25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
