- 4 c. sliced fresh okra
- 3 c. cubed green tomatoes
- 2 large raw potatoes, cubed
- 1 medium onion, cubed
- 3 c. corn meal mix
- 1 c. flour
- peanut oil
- pepper and salt to taste
Directions

1Chop all vegetables and mix in a large bowl until all are moist (you may need to add

22 or 3 tablespoons water).

3Put corn meal and flour into a large paper grocery bag.

4Add vegetables (1/3 at a time) and shake until coated.

5Fry in hot peanut oil until crisp.

6(Deep fryer works well.) Drain well.

7Summer squash is good in this too.
