Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lime gelatin
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1/2 tsp. grated lime juice
- 1/2 c. cold water (ice cubes)
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- lime slices, cut into quarters (optional)
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in large bowl. Stir in lime peel and juice.

2Mix cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups.

3Add to gelatin, stirring until ice is melted.

4Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.

5Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound.

6Spoon into crust.

7Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

8Garnish with additional whipped topping and lime slices.

9Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
