Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced ripe peaches
  • 2 c. diced cantaloupe
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 c. sugar

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and cook at a slow boil about 1/2 hour.

    When thick and clear, it's done.

    Seal in sterilized jam jars.

    (Do this when jam is hot and invert the jar.) It will keep indefinitely.

    Makes 4 to 5 small jars.
