Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 or 4 c. summer squash and zucchini
  • 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/3 stick margarine or butter, melted

Directions

    Slice squash and zucchini to 1/2-inch pieces.

    Boil 5 minutes and drain.

    Place in casserole. Combine soup, sour cream and onion and pour over top. Mix crumbs and butter.

    Sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
