- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 or 4 c. summer squash and zucchini
- 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/3 stick margarine or butter, melted
Directions

1Slice squash and zucchini to 1/2-inch pieces.

2Boil 5 minutes and drain.

3Place in casserole. Combine soup, sour cream and onion and pour over top. Mix crumbs and butter.

4Sprinkle on top.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
