  • 1 (26 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • 2 (Bama) graham pie crusts

Directions

    Drain pineapple thoroughly.

    Combine first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl.

    Fold in Cool Whip; divide mixture amongst the 2 pie shells and chill for 1/2 hour.
