Summer Potato Salad

  • 2 1/2 lb. new potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (6 c.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Pare potatoes.

    Cover with water.

    Add 1 teaspoon salt.

    Cook, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream, celery and onion.
