Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. new potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (6 c.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Pare potatoes.

2Cover with water.

3Add 1 teaspoon salt.

4Cook, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.

5Drain.

6Cool and chill.

7Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream, celery and onion.
