- 6 to 8 sliced peppers
- 1 glove garlic
- salt, pepper, sugar, bon appetit spice or celery, diced to taste
Directions

1In large skillet pour in approximately 2 tablespoons oil.

3Cook until onion starts to brown. Add sliced peppers and cook until slightly tender.

4Add tomatoes and spices, etc.

5Cook approximately 30 minutes on low to medium heat.
