- 6 tomatoes
- 2 English cucumbers
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 12 cup white wine vinegar
- 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions

1Remove the core from the tomatoes, cut in half, and slice thinly.

2Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers.

3Cut the onion in half and slice thinly.

4Core the pepper and cut into thin strips.

5Combine all vegetables in a salad bowl.

6Combine sugar and vinegar in a small bowl.

8Add oil, and salt and pepper to taste.

9Whisk vigorously, then pour over vegetables.
