  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 12 cup granulated sugar
  • 12 cup white wine vinegar
  • 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Directions

    Remove the core from the tomatoes, cut in half, and slice thinly.

    Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers.

    Cut the onion in half and slice thinly.

    Core the pepper and cut into thin strips.

    Combine all vegetables in a salad bowl.
