Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • onion to taste

Directions

    Fry bacon until crisp; drain.

    Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.

    Add onion.

    Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.

    Pour dressing over vegetables and bacon. Refrigerate overnight.

    Just before serving, add cheese and mix well.
