- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- onion to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; drain.

2Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.

3Add onion.

4Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.

5Pour dressing over vegetables and bacon. Refrigerate overnight.

6Just before serving, add cheese and mix well.
