- 5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. hickory salt
Directions

1Mix in bowl; cover and refrigerate for 4 days.

2Mix each day. On the fourth day, pat out on board to get out air bubbles. Divide into equal parts; roll into sausage shapes in desired sizes.

3Place in broiling pan; bake for 5 hours at 175°.

4Let stand in oven additional hour after turning off.

5Let cool, wrap and freeze.
