Directions

1Preheat oven to 500 degrees Season Eye of Round with pepper and garlic salt.

2Place in roasting pan Cook as follows depending on doneness desired: 3 minutes per pound for rare; 4 minutes per pound for medium; 5 minutes per pound for well done Turn oven off, but leave the roast inside for 2 hours.

3Roast will cook as oven cools.

4Serve as main dish or slice and serve on crusty sandwich rolls with cheese and au juice from the bottom of the roasting pan for dipping.
