  • 2 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 2 medium summer squash, chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 cup frozen three pepper and onion blend, I like the coarsely chopped kind
  • 2 smoked turkey sausage, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce, or more, to taste
  • 1 tsp oregano, or to taste
  • 1 tsp basil, or to taste
  • 1 tsp grated or chopped garlic

Directions

    Heat oil in large skillet.

    Cook onion pepper blend under soft.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Simmer, stirring occasionally until heated through and much of liquid is absorbed.
