  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • olive oil
  • 2 cans diced Italian seasoned tomatoes
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except pasta and stir well.

    Add olive oil to cover all real well.

    Let sit all day or just before you cook pasta.

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and add sauce; stir and serve.

    Great cold the next day too!
