- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. yellow squash, cut up
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 green onions, minced
- salt and white pepper
- buttered fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook the squash in small amount of water 5 to 10 minutes; drain.

2Combine sour cream, butter, onions, salt and pepper. Place in buttered 1-quart casserole.

3Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
