  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. yellow squash, cut up
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • salt and white pepper
  • buttered fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook the squash in small amount of water 5 to 10 minutes; drain.

    Combine sour cream, butter, onions, salt and pepper. Place in buttered 1-quart casserole.

    Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
