- 2 lb. summer squash, sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1In saucepan, cook squash and onions in water for 5 minutes; drain well.

2Combine soup and sour cream.

3Stir in carrots, squash and onion.

4Combine stuffing mix in greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Spoon vegetable mix over stuffing.

6Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture on top of vegetable mixture.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

8Serves 6.
