- 6 c. sliced yellow and/or green squash
- 1/4 c. sliced onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrot
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Cook squash and onions in salted boiling water 5 minutes. Drain.

2Combine soup and sour cream.

3Stir in carrots.

4Fold in squash and onions.

5Combine stuffing mix and butter spreading 1/2 in well-greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Spoon veggie mixture on top.

7Top with rest of stuffing.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
