- 1 1/4 lb. summer squash (zucchini, patty pan, yellow or combination)
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 Tbsp. bottled teriyaki marinade and sauce
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Coarsely shred assorted summer squash.

2Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.

3Add garlic and squash; saute until squash is tender (2 to 3 minutes).

4Add teriyaki sauce; toss to combine.

5Sprinkle grated cheese over all.
