- 4 summer squash
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Peel and sliced squash.

2Parboil for 15 minutes.

3Drain.

4Slice onion and mushrooms.

5Saute in butter until limp.

6Add the tomatoes and cheese.

7Add all to squash and cover with buttered crumbs in 9 x 13-inch pan.

8Bake about 30 minutes at 350°.
