  • 2 medium yellow squash
  • 2 medium zucchini squash
  • 1 1/2 c. celery leaves
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions

    Do not peel squash.

    Slice squash thin.

    Add celery leaves and onion.

    Add bouillon cubes and cook until thickened.

    Add more water, if needed.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    If thicker soup desired, put all in blender until smooth.
