- 2 medium zucchini squash
- 1 1/2 c. celery leaves
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions

1Do not peel squash.

2Slice squash thin.

3Add celery leaves and onion.

4Add bouillon cubes and cook until thickened.

5Add more water, if needed.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7If thicker soup desired, put all in blender until smooth.
