- 1 ear Corn, Kernels Cut From The Cob
- 12 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 dash Olive Oil
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) White Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Kidney Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 3 Large Basil Leaves, Torn Into Small Pieces
- 2 whole Lemons, Juiced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Get out a baking dish and combine corn kernels, tomato halves, salt, pepper and olive oil in it. Stir it all together thoroughly, then roast in the oven for 10 minutes.

2When done roasting, in a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Toss salad thoroughly, then chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Serve and enjoy!
