- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. diced fresh tomatoes
- 2 c. zucchini, sliced
- 1 c. frozen or fresh corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1In a saucepan, cook onion and pepper in margarine until limp. Add tomatoes, zucchini, corn, salt, sugar and pepper.

2Heat until vegetables are tender.

3Combine flour and milk until smooth.

4Stir into hot mixture.

5Boil and stir 1 minute.

6Pour into a baking dish and top with French fried onion rings.

7Brown briefly under the broiler.
