Ingredients: 1/2 kiwi, peeled and quartered, plus 1 or 2 kiwi slices for garnish; Ice; 2 ounces vodka; 1/2 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif); 1 ounce Tangerine Syrup; 1 ounce chilled club soda; 1 tangerine wheel, for garnish

Ice
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
1 ounce Tangerine Syrup
1 ounce chilled club soda
1 tangerine wheel, for garnish

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi.

Add ice and the vodka, Aperol and Tangerine Syrup and shake well.

Strain into an ice-filled highball glass, top with the club soda and garnish with the kiwi slices and tangerine wheel.
