- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 lb. fresh bay scallops
- 1/3 c. fine soft breadcrumbs
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- lemon wedges (for garnish)
Directions

1Pour 2 tablespoons of butter into a shallow baking pan; arrange scallops in single layer.

2Combine breadcrumbs, garlic salt, mustard, paprika and remaining butter; sprinkle over scallops.

3Broil 4 inches from heat until lightly browned, 6 to 8 minutes.

4Drizzle sherry over scallops; serve hot with lemon wedges.
