Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet morsels
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 9 foil cupcake liners
- ice cream, softened
- chocolate syrup
- fresh fruit
Directions

1Combine over hot (not boiling) water the chocolate morsels and shortening.

2Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Coat inside of each cupcake liner with chocolate mixture.

3Place cupcake liner in hand.

4Rotate gently, using rubber spatula to rush chocolate up sides.

5Place in muffin pans.

6Chill until firm.

7When firm, peel off foil and return shells to muffin pan.

8Chill until ready to serve.

9Remove shells to serving plate.

10Fill with scoop of ice cream.

11Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

12Garnish with fruit.
