- 4 slices bread, trimmed and torn
- 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- 1 c. grated cheese (Swiss)
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place half the broken bread in bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Top with half of the sausage and half of the cheeses. Repeat combination.

2Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
