Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 4 slices bread, trimmed and torn
  • 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
  • 1 c. grated cheese (Swiss)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Place half the broken bread in bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Top with half of the sausage and half of the cheeses. Repeat combination.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
