- 1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)
- chicken pieces
- sage, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Use tight fitting pan with cover or use foil.

2Pour rice in bottom of pan or dish.

3Sprinkle chicken pieces with sage, salt and pepper.

4Place chicken on top of rice.

5Mix together and pour over chicken water and mushroom soup.

6Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
