Sunday Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. or pkg. yeast
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 sticks melted margarine
  • 8 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water, set aside.

    Beat the eggs, sugar, salt, milk and margarine while still warm.

    Slowly add the yeast and flour.

    Mix well and chill overnight.

    Divide dough into 4 equal portions.

    Roll each into a circle about 1/4-inch thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut each circle into 12 wedges.

    Roll each wedge, starting at the large end.

    Place on a greased pan and let rise 2 or 2 1/2 hours until double.

    Bake at 325° for 15 or 20 minutes.
