- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 apples cored and chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup toasted wheat germ
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, heat syrup, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and apples until hot and bubbly.

3Heat until mixture begins to bubble but has not reached a full boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pudding thickens (about 15 minutes).
