- 6 slices bread without crust
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Butter pan.

2Put bread slices in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

3Spread butter on top of bread.

4Sprinkle sausage and cheese on top of bread.

5Beat eggs, milk and salt together.

6Pour on top of bread and sausage/cheese layers.

7Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
