  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 8 c. flour (all-purpose)

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

    Combine salt, sugar and margarine in 1 cup boiling water; mix well until margarine is melted.

    Add 1 cup cold water, eggs, yeast mixture and part of flour.

    Beat well, add enough flour to make a soft dough.

    Knead. Place dough in large bowl.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Shape as desired.

    Let rise while you go to Sunday School (about 1 hour). Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Makes about 15 rolls or 1 loaf.
