- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 qt. washed, torn spinach
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. red onion rings
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Remove stems from spinach.

2Layer spinach, mushrooms, onion and frozen peas in a large bowl.

3Mix mayonnaise, sugar, pepper and curry powder. Top salad with this mixture.

4Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

5Mix and top with bacon before serving. Makes 8 servings.
