Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • salt and pepper
  • sliced onions and cucumbers (thin)
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. honey
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 6 c. canned peach halves

Directions

    Mix vinegar, honey, cloves and cinnamon in saucepan.

    Heat to a simmer.

    Add peach halves; cool.

    Chill several hours or overnight; drain.
  5. 5
    Serve fruit with some of the liquid over it.
