- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. water (lukewarm)
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water in large mixing bowl.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3Cover and let stand 8 hours or overnight on kitchen counter.

4The warmest place you have in kitchen.

5Turn out onto floured board and lightly knead.

6Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.

7Cut into rolls with biscuit cutter.

8Place rolls on greased cookie sheet or 9 x 13 pan.

9Let rise 4 to 6 hours.

10Bake in preheated oven at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
