- 1 c. bulgur wheat
- 2 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 c. sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. oats
- 1 large onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
Directions

1Simmer bulgur wheat for 15 minutes in 2 cups of water and 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.

2While bulgur is simmering, whiz sunflower seeds, celery salt and 2 cups of water.

3Put sunflower seed mixture in a bowl with 2 cups of oats and stir; set aside. Next, saute finely chopped onion and garlic with sage, oil and marjoram.

4Combine all ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish.

5Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

6Yields 8 to 9 servings.
