- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Bias-slice carrots crosswise about 1/2-inch thick.

3In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, ginger and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

4Add orange juice.

5Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.

6Boil 1 minute.

7Remove from heat. Stir in butter.

8Pour over hot carrots; toss to coat evenly.
