- 1 lb. carrots
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Slice carrots on bias about 1-inch thick.

2Cook in boiling salted water until tender.

3Drain.

4In another saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and ginger.

5Add orange juice slowly, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

6Boil 1 minute.

7Stir in margarine.

8Pour over hot cooked carrots.
